- Grinds
- S Standard: ample bounce, rounded leading edge, trail-edge and heel relief; fits most swing types and turf (46-60).
- W Wide: traditional full sole with rounded leading edge; most forgiving through turf, best on square-faced shots (54-60).
- T Thin: higher leading-edge bounce, half-moon sole shape, increased centre bounce; low 6 deg bounce for versatility (58, 60).
- E Eye2: high toe, improved leading-edge shaping, dished sole and tapered hosel in the Eye2 tradition; bunker specialist (54-60).
- Finishes
- Hydropearl 2.0 Chrome
- Stock shaft & grip
- Ping Z-Z115 (steel); Ping AWT 2.0, Alta CB Slate, Alta Distanza Black 40 also stock · Lamkin Crossline 1150 (11.5 in, per PING press release)
- Notes
- Announced March 15, 2022, $217.50 steel / $232.50 graphite; 8620 carbon steel with larger elastomer insert, 17 loft/grind combos. Replaced by s159 (Feb 2024). Loft/bounce/grind/lie/length matrix agrees across 2nd Swing, TGW and the press release; swing weights D2 (46-52) / D3 (54-56) / D4 (58-60) from 2nd Swing. Stock grip: both press-release copies say Lamkin Crossline 1150; this differs from PING's usual Dyla-wedge Lite, so treat as press-release wording. Left-hand: 2nd Swing lists LH units but per-option LH coverage is not published (null).
