Grinds
  • SS Standard Sole: mid bounce with heel relief; most versatile, fits moderate attack angles (46-60).
  • WS Wide Sole: full-width, high-bounce sole; most forgiving through turf, for steep attack angles (54-60).
  • TS Thin Sole: ~3 deg less bounce than SS with extreme heel relief; for firm turf, shallow attack and open-face shots (58, 60).
  • Eye2 Eye2 Sole: high-toe profile based on the original Karsten Eye2 SW, dished sole and tapered hosel; built as the ultimate bunker wedge (54-60).

Notes
Launched July 2019 (Rocket Mortgage Classic), $160 steel / $180 graphite; still PING's main wedge line through 2020-21, replaced by Glide 4.0 in March 2022. Cast 431 stainless with elastomer CTP insert. Full per-option table comes from a single retailer (Golfio) copy of PING's spec sheet; lie 64.1/64.4/64.6 and D2/D3/D4 swing weights are corroborated by ca.ping.com and a second retail summary. The Golfio table had two evident typos (54/WS listed as loft 56; 56/Eye2 listed at 35 in) which were normalised to the pattern of their loft groups. Left-hand: PING states LH and RH models are available; only 52/SS, 56/SS, 58/SS were visible as LH SKUs, so other options are null rather than confirmed. A black 'Stealth' finish existed for Glide 2.0 only, not 3.0.
