The Bag Assessment

Most golfers have never seen the real specifications of the clubs they play. A bag assessment puts the numbers in front of you, then helps you decide what, if anything, to change.

Bring the whole bag. Allow about an hour with the launch monitor, or thirty minutes for measurements alone.

01

Measure & assess

Every club comes out of the bag and across the bench. We record what you actually have, not what the stamp says.

  • Length, loft, and lie angle
  • Swing weight, MOI, and total weight
  • Shaft model, flex, and weight
  • Grip model and condition
02

See the numbers

If you'd like, we hit each club on the launch monitor and record club speed, ball speed, launch, spin, and carry. It's optional, but it turns opinions into measurements.

03

Check your gaps

The gapping assessment looks at how carry distance steps down from the driver through the wedges and flags where the set bunches up or leaves a hole.

04

Decide what makes sense

You get a written report: your clubs as measured, where the bag can improve, the estimated effect of each change, and an itemized quote. Then you choose what to do—keep, adjust, rebuild, or replace.

Book an assessment

Email or stop in to set a time. We’ll let you know the fee up front, and the gapping analysis can be added to any assessment. Any bench work you choose afterward is priced from our regular services list.
